Samsung keeps experimenting with its devices, tools, innovations, technologies and now it’s the color of the device also. Similarly, there are some manufacturers that have been doing interesting things in the color aspects of their smartphones. The lustrous HTC U11 stands out due to its striking paint job. Huawei upped the ante with its unique gradient finish. Several others have gone down this alley also and now its Samsung that is embracing gradient colors.
New images released from China discloses that the very soon the company is going to offer a gradient color option for the Galaxy A9 Star for its customers to select from. Samsung had already officially released the Galaxy A9 Star in China three months ago.
Galaxy A9 Star Receives a Gradient Color Option
The Galaxy A9 Star is a mid-line yet premium smartphone powered by the 2.2GHz processor, a 6.3-inch FHD+ Infinity Display, with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a 24-megapixel + 16-megapixel dual camera system at the back and a 16-megapixel selfie camera in the front.
It also features a 3,700mAh battery also. It’s considered as the first non-flagship smartphone from Samsung to have full Bixby feature. In this device, the Bixby Voice is on-board alongside Vision, Home, and Reminder. This device also features a dedicated Bixby button like all other Samsung’s flagship smartphones.
Galaxy A9 Star also has an attractive purple and pink gradient paint job for the device. It makes this handset look offbeat and more noticeable compared to conventional color options.
Available Only within China
As the Galaxy A9 Star is available only in China right now this color option will be restricted to the population of the People’s Republic as well. It’s expected to be available in China a few days later this month. It is not announced if the gradient color option will be available in other courtiers and markets also or not by Samsung as it is selling the same device as the Galaxy A8 Star in other regions also.
This color orientation of Samsung is the response to Chinese rivals as it plans to compete against them on their home soil. If it plans to offer gradient colors with other devices elsewhere is yet to be watched.
